Gmina Jemielno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in southwestern Poland. Its seat is the village of Jemielno, which lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi}} south of Góra and {{convert|56|km|mi|abbr=on}} north-west of Wrocław, the regional capital.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|123.8|km2|sqmi}}, and as of 2019 its total population was 3,019.
