Gmina Kaźmierz is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Szamotuły County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kaźmierz, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} south of Szamotuły and {{convert|26|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|128.2|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,242.
