Gmina Kochanowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubliniec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kochanowice, which lies approximately {{convert|6|km|mi|0}} east of Lubliniec and {{convert|53|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|79.71|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 6,925.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Upper Liswarta Forests Landscape Park.
