Gmina Kowala is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Radom County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kowala, which lies approximately {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} south-west of Radom and {{convert|100|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|74.71|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 10,631.
