Gmina Koziegłowy is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Myszków County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Koziegłowy, which lies approximately {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} west of Myszków and {{convert|41|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Katowice.
