Gmina Kozy is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsko County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kozy, which lies approximately {{convert|6|km|mi|0}} east of Bielsko-Biała and {{convert|47|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|26.9|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 12,979.
