Gmina Lipka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Lipka, which lies approximately {{convert|21|km|mi|0}} north-east of Złotów and {{convert|124|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|191.01|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,561.
