Gmina Lubomia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lubomia, which lies approximately {{convert|12|km|mi|0}} west of Wodzisław Śląski and {{convert|56|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Katowice.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|41.83|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 7,925.
