Gmina Małkinia Górna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Małkinia Górna, which lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi|0}} south-east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and {{convert|90|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|134.08|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 12,224 (12,048 in 2013).
