Gmina Markowa is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łańcut County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Markowa, which lies approximately {{convert|8|km|mi|0}} south-east of Łańcut and {{convert|22|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|68.46|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,639 (6,617 in 2011).
