Gmina Mirsk is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the Czech border. Its seat is the town of Mirsk, which lies approximately {{convert|22|km|mi|0}} south-west of Lwówek Śląski, and {{convert|118|km|mi|0}} west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|186.57|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 8,622.
