Gmina Mirzec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Starachowice County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Mirzec, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} north of Starachowice and {{convert|42|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|110.98|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,456.
