Gmina Mokrsko is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wieluń County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Mokrsko, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} south-west of Wieluń and {{convert|97|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|77.75|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,446.
