Gmina Mrozy is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Mińsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Mrozy, which lies approximately {{convert|17|km|mi|0}} east of Mińsk Mazowiecki and {{convert|56|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|145.24|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2023 its total population is 8,640.
