Gmina Mysłakowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Karkonosze County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Mysłakowice, which lies approximately {{convert|7|km|mi|0}} south-east of Jelenia Góra and {{convert|94|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|88.75|km2|sqmi}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 10,160.
