Gmina Nieporęt is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Legionowo County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nieporęt, which lies approximately {{convert|9|km|mi|0}} east of Legionowo and {{convert|24|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|100.52|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 12,908 (13,466 in 2013).
