Gmina Niwiska is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kolbuszowa County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Niwiska, which lies approximately {{convert|12|km|mi|0}} west of Kolbuszowa and {{convert|36|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|95.192|km2|sqmi|2}}, and {{As of|2006|lc=y}} its total population is 5,780.
