Gmina Ojrzeń is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ciechanów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Ojrzeń, which lies approximately {{convert|13|km|mi|0}} south-west of Ciechanów and {{convert|69|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|123.11|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,393 (4,384 in 2013).
