Gmina Osina is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Osina, which lies approximately {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} north-east of Goleniów and {{convert|36|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|101.92|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,892.
