Gmina Ostrowite is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Słupca County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Ostrowite, which lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi|0}} north-east of Słupca and {{convert|78|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|104.1|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,069.
