Gmina Sadlinki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Sadlinki, which lies approximately {{convert|9|km|mi|0}} south-west of Kwidzyn and {{convert|80|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
