Gmina Serokomla is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łuków County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Serokomla, which lies approximately {{convert|25|km|mi|0}} south of Łuków and {{convert|53|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Lublin.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|77.23|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,157.
