Gmina Stare Babice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Warsaw West County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Stare Babice, which lies approximately {{convert|6|km|mi|0}} north-east of Ożarów Mazowiecki and {{convert|11|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|63.49|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 15,391 (17,593 in 2013).
