Gmina Stepnica is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Stepnica, which lies approximately {{convert|17|km|mi|0}} north-west of Goleniów and {{convert|27|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Szczecin.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|294.16|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,693.
