Gmina Szerzyny is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Szerzyny, which lies approximately {{convert|31|km|mi|0}} south-east of Tarnów and {{convert|99|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|82.24|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,211.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Pasmo Brzanki Landscape Park.
