Gmina Tomice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Wadowice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Tomice, which lies approximately {{convert|3|km|mi|0}} north-west of Wadowice and {{convert|37|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|41.73|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,232.
