Gmina Tuplice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żary County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the village of Tuplice, which lies approximately {{convert|22|km|mi|0}} west of Żary and {{convert|55|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|65.89|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2019 its total population is 3,066.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Muskau Bend Landscape Park.
