Gmina Ułęż is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ryki County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Ułęż, which lies approximately {{convert|14|km|mi|0}} east of Ryki and {{convert|51|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of the regional capital Lublin.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|83.56|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,572.
