Gmina Warka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Grójec County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Warka, which lies approximately {{convert|25|km|mi|0}} east of Grójec and {{convert|50|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|201.14|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 18,896 (of which the population of Warka amounts to 11,028, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 7,868).
