Gmina Zembrzyce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sucha County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Zembrzyce, which lies approximately {{convert|5|km|mi|0}} north of Sucha Beskidzka and {{convert|40|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|39.9|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 5,533.
