God Mother

God Mother was founded 2012 by Michael Dahlström (drums), Daniel Noring (bass) and Jonatan Lindgren (guitar). The group wanted to start a band with the focus on intensity and aggression with influences from hardcore, grindcore, metal and sludge.{{cite web|url=http://www.last.fm/sv/music/God+Mother|title=God Mother – Gratis lyssnande, videor, konserter, statistik och foton på Last.fm|website=last.fm|date=28 March 2023 }} Their first EP, Imitation, released in 2013, had lead vocals by Dahlström.{{cite web|url=https://godmothersverige.bandcamp.com/album/imitation-ep|title=Imitation EP, by GOD MOTHER|website=GOD MOTHER}} Later that year the band hired Sebastian Campbell to sing and they released the single "Inga Budskap Kvar."{{cite web|url=https://godmothersverige.bandcamp.com/album/inga-budskap-kvar|title=Inga Budskap Kvar, by GOD MOTHER|website=GOD MOTHER}} Jonatan Lindgren chose to leave the band in 2015 and was replaced by Max Lindström on guitar.
