Golesh ({{IPA|sh|ɡǒleʃ|pron}}) is a mountain in central Kosovo, {{convert|1019|m|ft|0|abbr=on}} high, near the town of Kosovo Polje and Pristina International Airport Adem Jashari.

A branch of the Drenica River originates on the mountain. At the top, there is an FM/TV broadcasting centre.

The mountain contains the world's largest vein magnesite deposit, with total reserves of around five million tonnes; mining began in 1923.{{cite web |url=http://www.geologicacarpathica.com/data/files/files/special%20issue/I/Ilich_Toshovich.pdf |title=Geology and Origin the Golesh Vein Magnesite Deposit; A Brief Survey |first1=M. |last1=Ilich |first2=R. |last2=Toshovich |accessdate=3 November 2024}} The Goleš mine was one of the largest magnesite mines in the country.{{cite journal |url=http://www.beak.de/pdf/news/KosovoMiningJournal.pdf |title=Kosovo Mining Journal |year=2010 |publisher=beak.de |accessdate=3 October 2010 |url-status=dead |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20110718201825/http://www.beak.de/pdf/news/KosovoMiningJournal.pdf |archivedate=18 July 2011}} It was shut down in early 2002.{{cite web |url=https://www.pak-ks.org/desk/inc/media/2C5B7FE4-AA54-4733-8534-43D232311223.pdf |title=Business Development of the Goleshi Mine: Scoping Study Report |date=16 December 2019 |publisher=Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit |accessdate=3 November 2024}}
