All of the contestants return for the live grand finale. The final three contestants perform to a song that was written specifically for them. It is announced that Cynthia Lee Fontaine is the season's Miss Congeniality. Bob the Drag Queen is declared the winner, making Kim Chi and Naomi Smalls the runners-up.
