The Green Tree Tavern, also known as the Marlborough Inn, is a historic building in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.{{cite web|last=Webster|first=Richard J.|title=Green Tree Tavern|url={{NRHP-PA|H001390_01H.pdf}}|work=National Register of Historic Places Nomination Form|publisher=Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission|accessdate=January 3, 2014|year=1979}}

The tavern had claimed to be the oldest operating tavern in Philadelphia, established in 1849, but is now closed. As of 2012, the property was occupied by a kick-boxing and martial arts studio.{{cite web |title=Former Bar Becomes a Martial Arts Place in a Cool Building |url=http://www.ocfrealty.com/naked-philly/fishtown/former-bar-becomes-a-martial-arts-place-in-a-cool-building |website=Naked Philly - OCF Realty |accessdate=November 18, 2018 |date=December 30, 2012}}
