Playing career
Kebble went to school at Bishops in Cape Town and represented {{rut|Western Province}} schools at the annual Craven Week tournament in 1983. After finishing school, he studied accounting at Stellenbosch University and made his provincial debut for {{rut|Western Province}} in 1988. Kebble made his test match debut for the Springboks against the {{nrut|Argentina}} on 6 November 1993 at the Ferro Carril Oeste Stadium in Buenos Aires.
