Hadino Timothy Hishongwa (10 April 1943 – 1 September 2023) was a Namibian politician, diplomat, parliamentarian, and a founding member of SWAPO.
Life and career

Hishongwa was appointed deputy minister of Labour and Manpower Development upon independence of Namibia in 1990. In 1995 he was transferred to the Youth and Sport ministry, again as deputy minister. He held this position until 2005.
Hishongwa was a member of the National Assembly of Namibia with SWAPO from the constituent assembly in 1989 until the conclusion of the 3rd National Assembly in 2005.
