The ticket office opens later each day, at 6 a.m.,{{cite news| url=http://www.fox5ny.com/news/nj-transit-blames-dunkin-donuts-for-late-opening-station-entrance| title=NJ Transit blames Dunkin Donuts for late opening station entrance| date=March 22, 2019| website=Fox 5 NY}} and the platforms and a small enclosed waiting area are always kept open.{{cite web| url=https://www.governing.com/topics/transportation-infrastructure/tns-dunkin-new-jersey-donuts-transit-train-station.html| url-status=dead| archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20200904130450/https://www.governing.com/topics/transportation-infrastructure/tns-dunkin-new-jersey-donuts-transit-train-station.html| archive-date=September 4, 2020| title=Why Does Dunkin' Donuts Help Run This Transit Station?| website=Governing| date=March 22, 2019| first=Clayton| last=Guse}}{{cite web| url=https://newyork.cbslocal.com/2019/03/22/nj-transit-donut-shop-station-time/| title=NJ TRANSIT Blames Local Donut Shop For Not Opening Their Station On Time| website=WLNY CBS New York| date=March 22, 2019}}
