Hamzeh Al Aitoni ({{langx|ar|حمزة أيتوني}}; born 16 January 1986 in Damascus, Syria) is a Syrian former footballer who last played as a defender for Al-Nidal. Aitoni was a part of the Syria U-19 that finished in Fourth place at the 2004 AFC U-19 Championship in Malaysia and he was a part of the Syria U-20 at the 2005 FIFA U-20 World Cup in the Netherlands.
