Helcogramma microstigma is a species of triplefin blenny in the genus Helcogramma.{{Fishbase|Helcogramma|microstigma|month=April|year=2019}} It was described by Wouter Holleman in 2006.{{Cof record|spid=69349|title = Helcogramma microstigma|access-date=26 May 2019}} This species occurs in the western Indian Ocean off Mozambique, Comoro Islands and Madagascar.
