Hemimyzon taitungensis (common name: Taitung river loach, in Chinese 臺東間爬岩鰍, 台東間吸鰍, or 石貼仔) is a species of ray-finned fish in the family Balitoridae that is endemic to Taiwan.{{FishBase |genus=Hemimyzon |species=taitungensis |month=October |year=2015}}{{cite web |url=http://researcharchive.calacademy.org/research/ichthyology/catalog/fishcatget.asp?spid=8493 |title=Catalog of Fishes |editor=Eschmeyer, W.
