Herbert Lyle Cramer (October 16, 1894 – October 30, 1963) was an American football, basketball, and baseball player and coach.{{cite book|url=https://archive.org/stream/whoswhoatwiscons01madi/whoswhoatwiscons01madi_djvu.txt|title=Who's Who in Wisconsin|publisher=Marquis Who's Who|access-date=December 6, 2018}} He served as the head football coach at Marshall University during the 1920 season, compiling a record of 0–8.
