Hollis McLaren (born February 5, 1956) is a Canadian film and television actress.
Early life and education
McLaren was born in Toronto in 1956. Career
McLaren is best known for her role in the 1977 cult film Outrageous!{{Cite news|date=1977-08-12|title=New Face: Hollis McLaren|language=en-US|work=The New York Times|url=https://www.nytimes.com/1977/08/12/archives/new-face-hollis-mclaren-mad-for-the-movies.html|access-date=2020-06-17|issn=0362-4331}} and its sequel Too Outrageous!,{{Cite web|last=Thomas |first=Kevin |date=1987-10-16|title=MOVIE REVIEW : 'OUTRAGEOUS' SEQUEL TOPS ORIGINAL|url=https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1987-10-16-ca-9639-story.html|access-date=2020-06-17|website=Los Angeles Times|language=en-US}} in which she played a character closely based on writer Margaret Gibson. She also had roles in the films Sudden Fury, Partners, Atlantic City, Jigsaw (L'Homme en colère) and Marion Bridge, as well as the television series Pit Pony and the television film Mom at Sixteen.
