Holme railway station served Holme Chapel on the Copy Pit line. The station closed in July 1930{{cite book|last=Quick|first=M E|title=Railway passenger stations in England, Scotland and Wales – a chronology|year=2002|publisher=Railway and Canal Historical Society|location=Richmond|page=229|oclc=931112387}} and the line now serves as a non-stop route between Hebden Bridge and Burnley.
