Homoeothele is a monotypic genus of Australian ground spiders containing the single species, Homoeothele micans. It was first described by Eugène Simon in 1908,{{citation|last=Simon|first=E.|year=1908|contribution=Araneae. 1re partie|editor-last=Michaelsen|editor-first=Hartmeyer|title=Die Fauna Südwest-Australiens}} and has only been found in Australia.{{cite web|title=Gen.
