Leaves

Linear-lanceolate, pointed ends, faintly 3-veined at base.

Trunk

Branches slender.

Flowers

Pale yellow, slender, drooping; Inflorescence - racemes with few flowers.

Fruits

Dark crimson, ovoid, compressed, obliquely pointed, pulpy.

Ecology

Rain forests near waterways.
