}}Houston Premium Outlets is an outlet mall in Cypress, Texas, United States. It is developed and owned by Simon Property Group. The mall started construction in May 2007 and opened on March 27, 2008, with 120 outlet stores. Houston Premium Outlets is a one-story complex of buildings that sits on 3.6 million square feet (0.34 km2) of total land, located just off of US-290 at the Fairfield Place Drive exit. Immediately surrounding it is the Fairfield community. The mall has 3 wings with a main entrance at its south part.
Outlet stores and retailers include Nike Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, Skechers Factory Outlet, J. Crew Factory Store, Converse, Aeropostale, Versace, Express Factory Outlet, Sunglass Hut, Kate Spade Outlet, U.S. Polo Assn. Outlet, Calvin Klein, Old Navy Outlet, Zumiez, PacSun, and Claire's. Katy mills also has a food court and previously had a play area. In the food court are various restaurants including Charleys Philly Steaks, Asian Too, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, and Starbucks. There is also a Holiday Inn Express and Shell apart from the main structure.
