ILAN ({{langx|he|איל"ן - איגוד ישראלי לילדים נפגעים}}) is an Israeli umbrella organization for the treatment of disabled children. Precursor to the organization were the 1950s ILANSHIL organization and the "penny march" and started by Betty Dubiner to help polio victims. ILAN was founded in 1963, and expanded its scope to all disabled children.{{cite news |title=Today - "Penny March" of ILAN |url=https://www.ynet.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-4614101,00.html |publisher=YNET |date=12 January 2015}}{{cite news |title=The mother of the "Penny March" |url=https://www.haaretz.co.il/misc/1.1316503 |publisher=Haaretz |date=6 April 2008}}{{cite web |title=How we began |url=https://www.ilan-israel.co.il/en/about-us/how-we-began.html |website=ilan-israel}}
