Iroquois-class homeodomain protein IRX-4, also known as Iroquois homeobox protein 4, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IRX4 gene.{{cite web | title = Entrez Gene: iroquois homeobox 4| url = https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=50805 }}{{cite journal |vauthors=Bruneau BG, Bao ZZ, Tanaka M, Schott JJ, Izumo S, Cepko CL, Seidman JG, Seidman CE | title = Cardiac expression of the ventricle-specific homeobox gene Irx4 is modulated by Nkx2-5 and dHand | journal = Dev.
