Ihya Libya ({{langx|en|Reviving Libya}}) is a political party in Libya which was founded on 24 August 2017 by Aref Ali Nayed.{{Cite web|url=https://www.libyaherald.com/2017/08/24/aref-nayed-launches-new-movement-for-change-in-libya/|title=Aref Nayed launches new movement for change in Libya|website=Libya Herald|date=24 August 2017 |language=en-US|access-date=29 December 2018}} Its stated aim is to create a "stable, democratic and prosperous country". After being launched, the movement became dormant, before being re-launched on 20 August 2018, when Aref Nayed announced his candidacy for the Next Libyan general election.{{Cite web|url=https://www.libyaherald.com/2018/08/20/aref-nayed-re-launches-ihya-movement-and-announces-his-candidacy-for-libyas-forthcoming-elections/|title=Aref Nayed re-launches Ihya movement and announces his candidacy for Libya's forthcoming elections|website=Libya Herald|date=20 August 2018 |language=en-US|access-date=29 December 2018}}

The movement has been centered around "four pillars", which are key reforms and developments it believes are necessary to create a stable Libya by 2023. These include:

  • peace, security and the rule of law
  • economic development
  • human development
  • governance and public sector reform
