Iisaku ({{langx|de|Isaak}}) is a small borough ({{lang|et|alevik}}) in northeastern Estonia. It is located in Ida-Viru county in Alutaguse Parish, around 30 km south from the town of Jõhvi. Iisaku was the administrative centre of Iisaku Parish.
